Well, it's a fair question. It could be argued that one's anus is a "private part" and thus not openly on display in a public setting - but when I go to Europe, there are often exposed breasts at beaches. It seems counterintuitive for someone who ostensibly makes at least part of their living posing mostly naked to be happy to share their most private parts - close up and in great detail, but somehow be unwilling to be completely nude - and here's the thing - the few glimpses we've seen are lovely - it's not as though she has some embarrassing abnormality. But - maybe it's just good publicity....maybe she knows this keeps people talking. Who knows but her?
